Citizenship Application Procedure

Upon submission of your complete application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit, our team constantly monitors the progress of the application process and is in regular contact with you.
Upon receiving your In Principal Approval and an official letter from the Citizenship by Investment Unit approving your application, the required sum of investment into real estate or donation to the country should be paid. Government processing fees and applicable charges will also be paid according to payment schedule.
pWithin a month of receiving the payment of the government fees and investment, the Government will issue a Citizenship Certificate and your passport, which will be securely delivered to you by courier service.

Citizenship Requirements
- An investment in one of the Government approved real estate developments with a value of at least US$ 200,000. Such developments include residential properties on either island, such as luxury villas and condominium units.
- A minimum contribution of US$ 100,000 to the Government Fund for the main applicant + a minimum contribution of US$ 7,000 for every additional dependent (children or parents).
